Some more details have been revealed, on both Final Fantasy 13 and Final Fantasy Versus 13, in the Famitsu and Dengeki magazines, and IGN have again posted translations.

For Final Fantasy 13, the Director Motome Toriyama revealed: “The intensity of the opening scene — it’s probably the most in the Final Fantasy series so far.” In the opening there will be battle gameplay, which the Director says will surpass what has been shown in the trailers so far.
