In a surprising twist of events, the release date for Final Fantasy XIII has been revealed by a not-yet-released Youtube ad. The ad states the game will be released December 17, 2009. That&#8217;s this year, folks. Yes, Final Fantasy XIII will be out this year.
Unless there&#8217;s a delay, of course.

		<title>FFXIV Gamescom Screenshots</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Square Enix has been gracious enough to release several screenshots from the Final Fantasy XIV demo held at Gamescom in Germany this past week. The screens show just one area with a warrior fighting off some baddies; not much, but they&#8217;re in-game nonetheless.

		<description><![CDATA[As the wait for Final Fantasy XIII becomes smaller, the character list gets bigger. In a new batch of scans recently released, a villain we&#8217;ve seen before in previous trailers has been given a name and an identity. The character&#8217;s name is Jill Nabato, and apparently she&#8217;s a hot-tempered Lieutenant Colonel. Boss battle, anyone?
